Account and data

You can export your data or request account deletion from Settings → Privacy and data. You can cancel deletion by signing in again within 30 days.

Foods and nutrition values

Data comes in part from Ciqual and, for some products, Open Food Facts. Always check the product label, particularly if you have an allergy or specific dietary need.

Apple Health

You can stop Apple Health exports or remove previously exported totals in the app settings.
